Q. Are my personalised cards of highest quality? A. Yes, our printed personalised cards are produced in a similar way to cards available in any high-street store. |

Q. I have already ordered my personalised Greeting card and would like to order some more, is this possible? A. Yes, all images and details are saved for 30 days. Just e-mail us with the reference number given when you purchased your original card. |

Q. What images can I use when ordering on-line? A. We only process JPEG (.jpg) files for cards and the size must be at a minimum of 640x480 at 300dpi or higher if the dpi resolution is smaller. |

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered? A. Delivery should be within 2 working days if ordered by 2pm. |

Q. Can I see what my card will look like before I buy? A. Yes, there is a large preview available on the final page before you make the purchase. |

Q. Why can I not choose a font style or colour? A. Please make sure you have JavaScript enabled. As this is very browser specific, we suggest you check your browsers manual for how this setting is changed. |
